Our production lines directly produce panels up to 20mm thick. To achieve higher thicknesses such as 48mm, we bond multiple 12mm panels together through a precise hot-press process.
Although this process requires more raw materials and production time, it ensures a perfectly flat, dense, and durable structure—ideal for acoustic performance and long-term use.
